Orders & shipping

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note: you will be refunded the total of the order minus the shipping cost.
Items must be returned in original condition. Any stained, worn, washed, or damaged pieces will not be returned. All tags & hygiene sticker MUST be attached.
Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Start a return or exchange by sending us an email at info@tranquilaswimwear.com including your full name & order number.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
If you have to make any changes to your order, email us right away at info@tranquilaswimwear.com, if your order has not been shipped then we might be able to make changes.
What are the shipping costs?
USA + Canada: $5.00 (Free over $150 USD)
International: $30 (Free over $300 USD)

How long does shipping take?
USA + Canada orders take around 2-5 business days.
International orders will take 5-10 business days, depending on the location.
We also offer expedited shipping options. View options at checkout.
*Please note: there might be delays in shipping that are out of our control.
Do I have to pay the customs & duties?
Yes, any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxed applied on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Where do you ship from?
We are based in & ship from Toronto, Canada.

Swimwear

What are the care instructions for my new swimwear?
-Hand wash immediately after each wear, with cold water and small amount of detergent.
-Gently squeeze excess water (do not wring) & lay flat to dry in a mild environment away from direct sunlight.
-Avoid extensive use in chlorinated environments and hot tubs.
-Do not put swimwear in the washing machine OR dryer, as the pieces are delicate.
-Always be wary of where you choose to sit, avoid harsh environments; lay down a towel before sitting down.
How can I find my size?
We have a size guide here. You can also email us at info@tranquilaswimwear.com or send us a message on Instagram and we will be more than happy to help you find the right size.
I'm in between sizes. What should I do?
We recommend sizing up if you are in between two sizes.
Where are the bikinis made?

Our bikinis are ethically handmade by an amazing group of women in Brazil.
