Fit Guarantee

Finding the right bikini size online can be tricky, so we want to make your first exchange as easy as possible.

For eligible orders within Canada and the United States, Tranquila will cover the shipping costs for your first size exchange. That means we’ll provide your return shipping label and send your replacement size at no additional shipping cost.

How It Works

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and let us know which item you would like to exchange and the size you need. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and reserve the replacement size when available.

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• Returned with all tags and hygiene liners attached
• Free from makeup, deodorant, tanning products, perfume and other marks
• Eligible for return under our regular return policy

What’s Covered

Our Fit Guarantee covers the shipping costs for one size exchange per order placed within Canada or the United States.

Any additional exchanges or returns will follow our regular return policy and may be subject to shipping fees.

The Fit Guarantee does not apply to:

• International orders outside Canada and the United States
• Final-sale items
• Items returned without their original tags or hygiene liners
• Style or colour changes
• Orders that have already received a complimentary exchange

Replacement sizes are subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll work with you to find the best available option!
